What is the Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor? Another season, another drop of unique Exotic armor pieces for each class that have the potential to shake up the meta. In fact, the Season 22 Exotic armor has some standout pieces worth keeping an eye on. So, here’s all the Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor so you don’t miss out on the new arrivals.

Season 22 of Destiny 2 looks to be one of the best yet, with stellar new activities and a gripping narrative. Perhaps most importantly of all though, there’s plenty of new loot. From the Destiny 2 Season of the Witch weapons to Exotic gear like the Destiny 2 Ex Diris grenade launcher and, technically, the Destiny 2 Tessellation fusion rifle ahead of the Destiny 2 The Final Shape release date. It’s worth taking a look at the Destiny 2 The Final Shape pre-orders for more on that though.

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor

The Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor is:

  • Pyrogale Gauntlets – Titan
  • Briarbinds – Warlock
  • Mothkeeper’s Wraps – Hunter

These Season 22 Exotic armor pieces can be earned from completing solo Legend and Master Lost Sectors, so keep an eye on the daily rotator for this activity. In even better news though, they can also be earned from the popular Destiny 2 Vex Strike Force event on Neomuna, so head on over to the Destiny 2 Vex Incursion Zone for a consistent source of Exotic armor. Whichever source you choose, let’s hope luck is on our side as chasing a specific Exotic can take quite some time.

Nevertheless, the Season 22 Exotic armor is potentially build changing, especially for Titan players. It’s worth at least giving these armor pieces a go and seeing how you can fit them into your build to suit your playstyle, particularly if you’re getting tired of runnings the same old Exotics.

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor: The Titan's Pyrogale Gauntlets.

Pyrogale Gauntlets – Titan

The Pyrogale Gauntlets are perfect for a Solar Destiny 2 Titan build as it improves a lesser used Super and Aspect to powerful effect. While there are several other great Exotic armor pieces to use already, such as Path of Burning Steps, Loreley Splendor, and the recently buffed Hallowfire Heart, Pyrogale Gauntlets are a great new addition to arsenal.

  • Percussive Flames – Modifies Burning Maul into a single high-damage slam of your hammer that creates five cyclones of flame. Consecration’s second slam creates a cyclone of flame.

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor: The Warlock's Briarbinds.

Briarbinds – Warlock

Fans of a Void Destiny 2 Warlock build have the Briarbinds Exotic armor piece to add to the collection, empowering the Void Souls created to last longer and deal more damage. If you’re going for a summoner type vibe, then the Briarbinds are the perfect pick.

  • One with the Void – Your Void Souls have a longer duration. They also gain escalating damage and durability as they defeat targets. You can retrieve your Void Souls by interacting with them, allowing them to be redeployed.

Destiny 2 Season of the Witch Exotic armor: The Hunter's Mothkeeper's Wraps.

Mothkeeper’s Wraps – Hunter

Boasting a unique moth aesthetic, the Mothkeeper’s Wraps can work for just about any Destiny 2 Hunter build as it’s not overly specific to any element, though there is an opportunity for extra Void plays. Instead, this Season 22 Exotic armor piece will cause your grenade to unleash moths that can damage and blind enemies, or protect your allies. As such, it can be a strong supportive option for this class.

  • Winged Eclipse – Your grenade becomes a cage of loyal moths that release on impact and fly toward the nearest target or ally. If they reach a target, they detonate in a blinding explosion; if they reach an ally, the moths grant your ally a Void overshield.
