XDefiant AK-47 loadout best build and class setup

Control the map using the best XDefiant AK-47 build, with the full loadout and class setup on PS5, PS4, Xbox, and PC to get the most out of the assault rifle.

The best XDefiant AK-47 loadout is a competitive assault rifle in close and medium range firefights, though it will take the right attachments and class setup to truly shine. With its high stopping power it would be a shame to let it go to waste due to its unwieldy nature, so we’ve got you covered with the best AK-47 loadout in XDefiant to help rein it in.

It’s safe to say this XDefiant AK-47 loadout is up against some very tough competition in the XDefiant meta, including the ACR and MP7. However, once you’ve got it under control, it’s among the best weapons you can use. Plus, as an assault rifle, it’s versatile and can adapt to nearly all the XDefiant game modes. If you want a trusty loadout for all occasions, then this is one for you.

XDefiant AK-47 loadout

The best XDefiant AK-47 loadout is:

  • Muzzle – Brake
  • Barrel – Stabilizing
  • Front Rail – Superlight
  • Rear Grip – Quick Draw
  • Stock – Precision

This AK-47 setup will massively improve the ease-of-use of this weapon to make use of its stopping power, as it is rather unwieldy by default. With that in mind, the goal is to have a weapon to hold down sight lines on the XDefiant maps with a heavy hitting assault rifle, and this loadout does just that.

The Brake muzzle is a great starting point as it reins in the horizontal recoil significantly, though it does come with a punch to short and medium range effectiveness. With just how much this weapon can kick, it’s a worthwhile sacrifice. However, you could swap to the Barrel Extender or Lightweight Suppressor if you’d rather.

This leads us to perhaps the most important attachment of all, the Stabilizing barrel. This will further reduce horizontal recoil while also decreasing vertical recoil. While it does hurt our sprint-shoot time and aim walking speed, it’s almost a requirement to get the recoil under control.

The Superlight grip is the meta right now, especially on assault rifles. This compensates for the downsides of the Stabilizing barrel through increased ADS time and movement speed. The knock to recoil recovery, while not ideal, won’t have all that much of an impact. The Angled grip comes in close second, trading movement speed for greatly increased aim stability and horizontal recoil control.

Likewise, the Quick Draw rear grip is used on nearly all weapons for its welcome boost to agility in such a hectic game. This attachment will enhance sprint-shoot time and ADS time by a significant amount, though it will reduce aim stability in the process. If you want to make this loadout even more of a laser, though it’s arguably overkill, the Grip Tape is an alternative option.

And for the cherry on top, the Precision stock further enhances horizontal and vertical recoil control, set against a decrease in recoil recovery and ADS time. If you’d rather not take the hit, then use either the Padded Stock, Quick Mag, or an optic of your choice.

Now that the recoil is under control, you’ve got your hands on the best XDefiant AK-47 build you can get. While the XDefiant ACR loadout provides stiff competition at a similar range, you’ll have a great weapon for medium range. Just be wary of enemies with the XDefiant MP7 loadout, as its rapid fire rate and TTK will outmatch the AK-47 in close quarters.

XDefiant AK-47 class setup

With the best XDefiant AK-47 class setup in mind, we’ve gone for the 93R sidearm and Frag Grenade. Since the AK-47 is stronger at medium ranges, the rest of this kit saves us when we’re caught off guard at close range.

The 93R is a three-round burst secondary weapon that can hold its own in close range. If you’re caught reloading the bulky AK-47, then the 93R is ready in a pinch. With the Barrel Extender, Extended Mag, Lightweight stock, Quick Draw grip, and Reflex sight, you’ll be ready for anything at a moment’s notice. If you trust your aim, then the D50 is a high-powered sidearm that can hold its own at close and medium range.

Last but not least, a Frag Grenade will be your best friend. With it, you can clear out groups of enemies or force them out of cover and into your line-of-sight. However, a Flashbang Grenade and EMP Grenade are also great alternatives. If you prefer a more stationary playstyle, then you could also opt for a Proximity Mine to stop enemies from flanking.

There you have it, the best XDefiant AK-47 loadout and class setup so far. While there’s currently stiff competition in the race for the best XDefiant guns, the AK 47 will serve you well. Head into action as one of the XDefiant classes and control the map lanes, particularly if you’re making use of the Phantom’s zone controlling abilities. And if you’re looking for a long-range sniper build, then the XDefiant TAC 50 loadout is a great choice.
