Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: a soldier can be seen

Are you curious about the full list of Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics? Well, to save you from trying to hunt them all down and figure them out, we have a full list of all the new additions to both the weapon and armor pool with the penultimate expansion for the game.

As you are traversing Destiny 2’s Neomuna and meeting the Destiny 2 Cloud Striders, you will naturally pick up these weapons and armor pieces as you take on tougher enemies with them, able to tackle harder activities. But, which of these in this list will take your fancy after you get an overview of what they can in Destiny 2?

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics

The Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics are:

  • Final Warning (Sidearm)
  • Quicksilver Storm (Auto Rifle)
  • Deterministic Chaos (Machine Gun)
  • Winterbite (Glaive)
  • Aberyant Leap (Titan greaves armor)
  • Swarmers (Warlock greaves armor)
  • Cyrtarachne’s Façade (Hunter helmet armor)
  • Speed Metal Shell (Ghost shell)
  • Tangled Strands (Exotic emote)

The new weapons offer up a whole variety of different playstyles with Final Warning being one of the first Destiny 2 Strand weapons in the game. Winterbite also gives us our first Stasis Glaive, while Quicksilver Storm is being enhanced with Destiny 2 Strand element.

On the armor side, you can expect a whole host of exciting new armor pieces, particularly a good number that gel and synergise with your Destiny 2 Strand subclasses. There is something here no matter your class.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Final Warning can be seen

Final Warning

Final Warning brings another charged Sidearm to the Exotic pool. However, this time it is unique in that this weapon fires Strand. As such, Final Warning is the first Destiny 2 Strand weapon.

This gun looks to be a menace and possibly a great PvP sidearm as charged rounds will track enemies.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Quicksilver Storm can be seen

Quicksilver Storm

Heralding from the mysterious new Cloud Strider’s arsenal, the Quicksilver Storm Exotic auto rifle is one of the premier Lightfall Exotic weapons, though players can already get their hands on it in-game. Much like Osteo Striga with the Destiny 2 The Witch Queen Exotics, to get Quicksilver Storm players can buy the Lightfall and Annual Pass edition of Destiny 2 Lightfall or get it in the game.

If you have bought the more pricey edition, speak to Master Rahool in The Tower to collect your pre-order items, including the Quicksilver Storm. This fun new Exotic auto rifle has the ability to fire homing micro-missiles at opponents after rapid hits and also create Tangles on kills.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Winterbite can be seen

Winterbite

Bungie is finally answering a fan request by adding a Stasis glaive with Lightfall. Winterbite fires out a Frost Orb with its ultimate fire that slowly freezes enemies.

Then combining this with regular fire or other abilities will lock enemies into Stasis and freeze them into place.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Deterministic Chaos can be seen

Deterministic Chaos

Deterministic Chaos looks to be making the most of Void 3.0 with a Rhythmic debuff on enemies that applies on every fourth shot fired. This will weaken enemies before the sixteenth shot makes all enemies weakened Volatile. You can then throw a void grenade or use an ability to create a large chain reaction of explosions.

This will no doubt be a devastating machine gun for clearing adds and possibly a meta weapon with how much power it stores in its bullets. But, we will need to wait until Lightfall arrives to know for sure.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Aberyant Leap can be seen

Aberyant Leap

Aberyant Leap is a new Titan set of greaves. This buffs your barricade and allows it to spawn more Strand lashes that fire out at enemies in a number of directions.

This is definitely more of a PvE Exotic that will help out with crowd control and allow Titan’s to lead the charge.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Swarmers can be seen

Swarmers

Swarmers make use of the new Strand tangles that appear in the world. These Warlock greaves mean that destroying these explosives will cause waves of Strand damage to fire out.

These are Threadlings and they will seek out enemies.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics: Cyrtarachne's Facade can be seen

Cyrtarachne’s Façade

Cyrtarachne’s Façade is a new Exotic helmet for the Hunter that gives the class a buff called Woven Mail when you grapple with the Destiny 2 Strand Hunter Threadrunner subclass. This buff improves flinch resistance for a period of time.

This will undoubtedly make Hunters even more formidable than they already are in PvP.

That is all of the Destiny 2 Lightfall Exotics. As you an see, the list is pretty lengthy and only bound to get longer as the year goes on and the Seasons keep coming down the pipeline. But, do any of these make the list of our best Destiny 2 PvP weapons and best Destiny 2 PvE weapons lists? Take a look and find out.
