We know it started out a little slow, but it’s been quite a week for Call of Duty Warzone fans. Activision confirmed that Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer and Warzone 2 reveals were set for September and NFL players just couldn’t stop leaking Modern Warfare 2 stuff. On top of all that, Warzone Season 4 Reloaded saw its third weapon balancing patch in a week and the Warzone meta hasn’t felt this open in months. That’s why it’s the perfect time to check out the best Warzone loadout of the week right here. This time around, Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has taken the fan-favourite M13 for a spin with some rather devastating results.
Okay… Now, we know what you’re thinking when we mention the M13; it’s safe to say that this Modern Warfare era assault rifle has seen better days in Warzone, there’s no denying that. However, just because it hasn’t been one of the best Warzone guns for a little while doesn’t mean you shouldn’t reconsider using it. With the right attachments, you could quite easily put together one of the best Warzone loadouts out there using the M13.
And, that is what TimTheTatman has done. The Warzone Season 4 Reloaded patch notes saw the M13 get a minor buff and now the popular content creator has shared just how well he fared using it over the last week.
If you want to watch TimTheTatman tear through teams with this assault rifle, you can below. However, before you do, we think you should know how to set up this M13 Warzone loadout for yourself, right?
Well, here’s what you need to know…
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Barrel: Tempus Marksman
- Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight
- Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
- Magazine: 60 Round Mags
Looking at this M13 setup for a moment, the phrase ‘don’t fix what isn’t broken’ comes to mind. This is, by any account, a pretty classic M13 build. It builds on the weapon’s naturally decent recoil with the Commando Foregrip underbarrel attachment and tacks on important improvements to this assault rifle’s range with the Monolithic Suppressor and Tempus Marksman barrel.
Whether you’re stalking your prey through the jungles of Caldera or pushing enemies down the streets of Fortune’s Keep, this M13 build from TimTheTatman is the perfect weapon to use right now – it’s easily the best Warzone loadout of the week for us.
If you’re looking to build up a class around this M13, though, you should probably consider Throwing Knives and Stims for your equipment choices – that’s what Tim is rocking. In addition to those, you should consider adding a fast-firing SMG to your loadout in an effort to balance your class.
TimTheTatman is using a H4 Blixen for the most part, in his video above anyway – so, you can find the best H4 Blixen Warzone loadout right here. However, we would also suggest taking a look at this MP5 Warzone loadout and this Marco 5 Warzone loadout. It’s good to have options, right?
As for perks, it looks like TimTheTatman is using Serpentine with Overkill and Amped. This is going to maximise your speed and should also offer you a little more protection when you’re running and gunning than something like Double Time would. The M13 is decent at a distance, but this class is going to be a fantastic option for aggressive gameplay, too.
Despite its flaws, Warzone is still one of the best battle royale games out there and the fact that a weapon as old as the M13 can still come back and make room in the meta again is a testament to the fantastic job Raven Software is doing by trying to balance all the weapons available.
