Honkai Star Rail 1.0 banners

The Honkai Star Rail 1.0 banners are:

  • Seele – Phase 1, five-star (Hunt: Quantum)
  • Hook – Phase 1, four-star (Destruction: Fire)
  • Pela – Phase 1, four-star (Nihility: Ice)
  • Natasha – Phase 1, four-star (Abundance: Destruction)
  • Jing Yuan – Phase 2, five-star (Erudition: Lighting)
  • Sushang – Phase 2, four-star (Hunt: Physical)
  • March 7th – Phase 2, four-star (Preservation: Ice)
  • Tingyun – Phase 2, four-star (Harmony: Lightning)

Seele is the five-star character in the Butterfly on Swordtip banner while Jing Yuan is the five-star character in the Swirl of Heavenly Spear banner Event Warps. These are phase 1 and phase 2 respectively.

Both version 1.0 banners are shaping up to be strong options for players looking to pull for a new character. With the right Honkai Star Rail Seele build and Honkai Star Rail Jing Yuan build, these will both be top-class damage dealers in the Honkai Star Rail tier list.

As for the four-stars in phase 1, they are also good units, especially Natasha who will be a strong healer in the early game and even in higher level content with the right Honkai Star Rail Natasha build. While Pela and Hook aren’t quite so strong, they are certainly characters to keep your eye on, particularly Pela in endgame content thanks to her DEF shred.

The phase 2 four-stars are perhaps the most exciting of the two, however, featuring Sushang, March 7th, and Tingyun. With the best Honkai Star Rail Sushang build, she will be an excellent physical DPS, despite being a four-star character. On the other hand, the best Honkai Star Rail March 7th build will make use of her incredible tanking potential, despite being one of the Honkai Star Rail free characters. Last but by no means least, the best Honkai Star Rail Tingyun build will pair perfectly with Jing Yuan to boost his damage even further.

Along with these Honkai Star Rail 1.0 banner characters are also 1.0 banner Light Cones up for grabs that correspond to the characters.

1.0 Light Cone Event Warp:

  • In the Night – Phase 1, five-star (Hunt)
  • The Moles Welcome You – Phase 1, four-star (Destruction)
  • Good Night and Sleep Well – Phase 1, four-star (Nihility)
  • Post-Op Conversation – Phase 1, four-star (Abundance)
  • Before Dawn – Phase 2, five-star (Erudition)
  • Planetary Rendezvous – Phase 2, four-star (Harmony)
  • Only Silence Remains – Phase 2, four-star (Hunt)
  • Day One of My New Life – Phase 2, four-star (Preservation)

Like the character banners, the version 1.0 Light Cone banners offer up some strong items. In the Night is Seele’s signature weapon and best-in-slot, much like Before Dawn for Jing Yuan. However, both five-stars are also excellent options for many four-star characters.

Seele will be a great pick for single-target damage situations, thanks to her being a Hunt Path character. Her power will be boosted even further with the In the Night Light Cone.

Jing Yuan will be a deadly choice for AoE damage, damaging multiple enemies at once to turn the tide of battle. Likewise, Jing Yuan’s power will be improved by the signature Before Dawn Light Cone.

The array of four-star Light Cones revealed for the phase 1 and phase 2 banners are also good offerings. For example, Post-Op Conversation is a strong alternative weapon for the Natasha. Similarly, The Moles Welcome You is perfect four-star Light Cone for the best Honkai Star Rail Blade build. Day One of My New Life, March 7th’s signature Light Cone is great for shield tanks such as herself or the best Honkai Star Rail Gepard build.

Overall, the Honkai Star Rail banners will follow the same structure as the Genshin Impact banners, that being a featured five-star character and their signature gear running alongside them. If you’ve played that then you will feel right at home in Star Rail.

Featured in the Honkai Star Rail 1.0 banners phase 1, Seele is a five-star Quantum element, Hunt Path character. She’ll be a great pick for single-target damage situations, and her power will be boosted even further with the In the Night Light Cone.

In the second phase will be Jing Yuan, a five-star Lightning element, Erudition Path character. They’ll be a deadly choice for AoE damage, damaging multiple enemies at once to turn the tide of battle. Likewise, Jing Yuan’s power will be improved by the signature Before Dawn Light Cone.
