Here are all the ways to get Destiny 2 Terminal Overload Keys:

  • Terminal Rewards daily bounty from Nimbus
  • Completing Patrols and Public Events in the Vex Incursion Zone

The most consistent method of getting Terminal Overload Keys is by completing the Terminal Rewards daily bounty from Nimbus in Neomuna. This bounty will task you with opening three basic reward chests after completing Terminal Overload three times before rewarding you with a Terminal Overload Key.

Though, do note that you must have completed the Lightfall campaign before you can unlock the Terminal Overload Key Bounty rank reward from Nimbus, which in turn gives you access to the Terminal Rewards daily bounty.
