Plenty of superhero skins have come and gone in Fortnite, but this is definitely one of the better collaborations with the Epic Games battle royale yet. We’re not talking about any regular hero like Superman, we’re talking about the new Fortnite Invincible skins. With the recent launch of Invincible Season 2, the Amazon Prime animated hit brings a series of limited-time skins to the game, and players already using them to bring this awesome Marvel Comics team-up to life.
Going live in the Fortnite Item Shop from Saturday, November 25, 2023, players can purchase characters like the titular Invincible, Omni-Man, and Atom Eve. Available on his own for 1,500 V-Bucks or in the Guardians of the Globe bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks, the Fortnite Invincible collaboration comes shortly after the recent addition of Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1. Though this crossover is awesome, we’re particularly fond of players bringing together Invincible and Spider-Man in one of the best battle royale games available.
You may have seen Marvel Comics panels showing the 2 heroes bringing justice to the streets. This originally stems from issue 14 of Marvel Team-Up Vol 3. Written by Invincible and The Walking Dead co-creator Robert Kirkman, the one-off crossover sees Invincible stuck in Peter Parker’s dimension, after an action-packed introduction where he incapitates Otto Octavius (Doctor Octopus). Players like ‘ReconNarwhal’ are bringing the unlikely superhero friendship to life in Fortnite, and we’re here for it.

The Invincible skins join Fortnite at a time when the game is more popular than ever, thanks to the success of Fortnite OG. Reintroducing familiar elements like the Driftboard, Quadcrusher, and some questionable weapons, the current season will culminate with a bang, literally. The Big Bang event is set to change the map once again, and what better way to do it than with the upcoming Fortnite Eminem concert? Other than the Avenged Sevenfold Fortnite event, we can’t think of a better way.
