Destiny 2 Terminal Overload rotation
The Destiny 2 Terminal Overload rotation is:
- Ahimsa Park – Basso Ostinato
- Zephyr Concourse – Circular Logic
- Liming Harbor – Synchornic Roulette
The Terminal Overload location changes daily between Ahimsa Park, Zephyr Concourse, and Liming Harbor in that order. Completing the event in each location offers a different weapon as a reward.
If you’re trying to farm a specific weapon, you’ll want to keep your eyes out for when the Terminal Overload rotation reaches the desired location. For example, if you’re hunting for the Synchronic Roulette Strand SMG, wait for the Terminal Overload rotation to reach Liming Harbor. The following day, Terminal Overload would take place in Ahimsa Park and drop Basso Ostinato. The Terminal Overload rotation location will change at the standard Destiny 2 daily and weekly reset time. That means you can pick up some refreshed Neomuna bounties and head into the updated Terminal Overload location as it should have rotated.
Destiny 2 Terminal Overload loot table and rewards
The Destiny 2 Terminal Overload loot table is:
- Basso Ostinato – Void shotgun
- Circular Logic – Strand machine gun
- Synchronic Roulette – Strand submachine gun
These weapons are unique to the Terminal Overload loot table, giving players the opportunity to earn powerful weapons for completing this activity. These weapons also cannot be crafted, so you’ll want to hang on to any good Terminal Overload weapon rolls you come across.
How to complete Destiny 2 Terminal Overload
Destiny 2 Terminal Overload is a public event type activity in Neomuna based on a daily rotation schedule which involves players teaming up to take on the Vex and Cabal invading the city.
Players will need to team up to take this threat on, whether as random players in the patrol zone or as a coordinated Fireteam of friends. You’ll first want to head to the current Terminal Overload location, marked on your map by a purple diamond icon. Here, you’ll see the active objective on the left side of your screen.
Once you and the nearby other players have completed the objectives, you’ll progress to the stages of the event until the final Terminal Overload boss. Defeat this boss and you are rewarded with two chests: a normal rewards chest and a bonus Terminal Overload Key Chest that requires a specific key item to open. The loot inside this additional chest varies depending on the Terminal Overload rotation.
