This year, overall ratings are given after being broken down into the following categories:
- Experience – This is based on the number of race starts a driver has over the course of their career
- Racecraft – The driver’s ability to work their way through the pack and finish in a higher position than where they started
- Awareness – The less time spent in the Steward’s room will help drivers here. Real-world punishments will impact the score in this category
- Pace – Benefits those who get closest to the fastest qualifying and race lap times. A driver beating their teammate is also taken into consideration
As always these will give you in My Team the chance to craft their legacy as one of their favorite racers. While these ratings can’t be used in the story mode, the Braking Point mode is just as engaging, having The Loadout’s F1 fan Kyle Wilson hooked when he played it.
