We’re in the endgame for Al Mazrah in Warzone, as the next era of the Call of Duty battle royale approaches. Before we bid goodbye to the map, there’s another high profile crossover invading the streets of Al Mazrah. The Dune 2 COD bundle is going live in the game imminently, and if you’re waiting for the second part of the Denis Villeneuve trilogy to arrive, here’s what this Dune 2 pack includes to make the wait easier.
The Sardaukar are the fiercest military force around in the Dune books and more recently in Villeneuve’s 2021 big-screen adaptation. Now this elite presence is joining one of the best battle royale games around, as the Dune 2 Sardaukar bundle is available in Warzone from Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Not only is this a badass looking skin, you can also join the Warzone meta, as this bundle provides you with a new setup for the Tempus Razorback.
This weapon has shifted up and down the roster of best Warzone guns in recent times, but it is still a reliable addition to any of the best Warzone loadouts you can conjure up. With assets from Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 merging together before the next Warzone map arrives, this new operator bundle joins over 90 confirmed operators that will be seen darting around the map.
If you want a better glimpse of it in action, Call of Duty YouTuber ‘Temper Tantrum’ unpacks the bundle above. It is unlikely that you’ll have to complete any battle pass objectives to earn this skin, as we speculate that it will cost around 2,400 CoD Points, which equates to $19.99 / £16.79. Here is a full rundown of what the bundle includes:
- SO-14 ‘Lasrifle’ blueprint
- Tempus Razorback ‘Sardaukar Annihilator ‘
- Dual Kodachis ‘Kindjal’ blueprint
- Sardaukar Wrath finishing move
- Arrakis loading screen
- Sardaukar emblem
For those of you looking for a refresher before the Dune 2 release date, the Sardauka army is mentioned and featured across Frank Herbert’s best-selling book series. Though the army primarily appears in Dune and Children of Dune, they have appeared in some of the best games in the franchise, such as Emperor: Battle For Dune and Dune 2000.
We’re surprised that there isn’t a Paul Atreides operator bundle, or even a Duke Leto Atreides skin to do battle in. We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for those. If you like what you see from the Tempus Razorback after checking out this bundle, we recommend putting this Warzone Tempus Razorback loadout to the test.
