We know it hasn’t quite been a full seven days since the last edition of Best Warzone Loadout of the Week, but we’re getting back on track with another entry into this Call of Duty Warzone series where we take a look at how people are using the best Warzone guns out there to create fantastic classes that adhere to and challenge the Warzone meta. This time around, we have a tasty class for you that uses an off-meta assault rifle to deliver hard-hitting full-auto fire on Rebirth Island, Fortune’s Keep, and – of course – Caldera.
If you find yourself getting a little tired of playing around with the best Grau Warzone loadout or the best Cooper Carbine Warzone loadout, we’re here to offer you an alternative: a Vargo S Warzone loadout courtesy of ‘Hero’, a Call of Duty content creator with a keen eye for a decent weapon build.
With solid recoil control and decent damage output, the Vargo S build we’re going to be talking about below is going to be a fantastic long-range option for anyone looking to pair an AR with an SMG or shotgun. However, it’s also an assault rifle that pairs nicely with a sniper rifle – if you want to keep yourself at arms’ length.
But, of course, you’re going to want to know what you need to equip to make the most of the Vargo S – and what else you should shove in your class to create one of the best Warzone loadouts out there at the moment. So, here’s what you need to know about Hero’s build for the Vargo S assault rifle.

- Optic: G16 2.5x
- Stock: Mirzoyan ANC

As you can see from the gameplay footage below, Hero opts to use a rather interesting sidearm in his Vargo S class: the Top Break revolver from Call of Duty Vanguard.
While he doesn’t disclose the specific build he’s using at the moment, we did find a build shared by Call of Duty content creator ‘NoArmMissle’ a little while ago for this weapon and it looks pretty good to us. So, without further ado, here it is:

In addition to this, Hero makes use of Quick Fix, Ghost, and Tracker as perks and Throwing Knives and Heartbeat Sensor for lethal and tactical equipment respectively. This is one Warzone class that’s going to be a lot of fun to use and, while we don’t usually see the Top Break included as a secondary weapon in the best Warzone loadouts, it’s clear to see that players should experiment with it more.
