Game Pass adds two sports games today for console and cloud

Sports game fans are set to enjoy today's Xbox Game Pass update with the latest entries in both baseball and cricket games joining the service

Xbox Game Pass Two Sports Games Today: Two Cricket players can be seen alongside Shohei Ohtani

Sports games are few and far between early in the year, but while you wait for the latest Madden game, the FIFA 23 release date, and the latest NBA 2K refresh, Game Pass is here to satiate your hunger for more sports in your life. Two more sports games are being added to the library of Game Pass games today for Console and Cloud.

First up is the latest edition of Sony San Diego’s baseball series, MLB The Show 22. Featuring Shohei Otani on the cover, complete with crossplay. The latest entry comes with cross-progression on top of that and brand new Stadium Creator additions, in addition to everything you would expect from a refresh of the roster.

On top of that, Cricket 22 allows you to step up to the wicket just as the cricket season kicks off in the UK and it comes to a close in countries like Australia and India.

Both games come on top of a plethora of EA sports games being on the service including the latest FIFA and Madden games. And, we don’t expect the sports games to stop being added anytime soon.

Game Pass added more than $440 of games in March and FIFA 22 could be about to hit Game Pass as well sometime this month or in May.

Until then though, will you be checking out MLB The Show 22 or Cricket 22 on Game Pass?
