Like A Dragon Gaiden follows the story of Kiryu between the events of Yakuza 6 and Yakuza 8, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t going to be a great place to jump into the franchise for fans searching for an entry point. If you’re not sure you want to pay full price, though, you might be wondering if you can look forward to Like A Dragon Gaiden on Xbox Game Pass at some point in the future. Well, we have some good news for you.
Like A Dragon Gaiden will be available Day One on Xbox consoles and PC with Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass PC. This was confirmed during the Tokyo Game Show 2023 Xbox showcase. Like A Dragon Ishin! is also joining Xbox Game Pass in 2023.
We know Like A Dragon Gaiden (The Man Who Erased His Name) is a bit of a mouthful when it comes to game names, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t one of the most intriguing upcoming Xbox games out there – and one of several upcoming PS5 games worth keeping an eye out for. As you can read in our Like A Dragon Gaiden preview, this is going to feature a colorful cast of fresh and familiar characters with fantastic performances from the Like A Dragon Gaiden cast throughout. As for the gameplay, it’s going to feel familiar for fans of the franchise and shouldn’t be too hard to pick up for newcomers.
