All confirmed Diablo 4 Altar of Lilith locations
There are 28 Altar of Lilith locations in the Fractured Peaks region, as revealed during the Diablo 4 beta. There will also be Altar of Lilith locations in the other four regions of Scosglen, Dry Steppes, Hawezar, and Kehjistan.
Altars of Lilith statues can be found in every region of the Diablo 4 map, so you should always be on the lookout for these eerie collectibles. During the beta, players had access to the Fractured Peaks region and uncovered a total of 28 Altars of Lilith to collect in this area.
As perhaps the smallest region, we would estimate that there are likely a further 120 Altar of Lilith locations scattered throughout the remaining four regions, for a total of around 150 Altars of Lilith. Bear in mind, this is only an estimation, there could be more or less in the full game. However, we will update this guide once we know more.
Diablo 4 Fractured Peaks Altar of Lilith locations

As you can see from the map above, there are 28 Altar of Lilith locations scattered across every zone of the Fractured Peaks. Do note, however, that there are none inside the main city of Kyovashad. Some of these locations are inside buildings, such as one near Melnik’s Hill, or caves, like the statue found in the Western Tunnels in Dobrev Taiga.
What are Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4?
In Diablo 4, Altar of Lilith are collectible statues that grant permanent stat boosts to your account and will increase your Renown in the relevant region.
Perhaps most excitingly, the bonuses provided by Altar of Lilith statues are shared across all of your account’s characters. Therefore, if you make a new character, whether they are a different one of the Diablo 4 classes or not, they will benefit from the bonuses. However, each character can still interact with these statues to receive the one-time bonuses like XP.
The permanent buffs provided by the Altars of Lilith include:
- Increased Murmuring Obols
- Increased Strength
- Increased Dexterity
- Increased Intelligence
- Increased Willpower
These are often small stat improvements but, when you interact with all the Altar of Lilith locations, it will add up to meaningful enhancements to your character’s stats.
