Warzone Season 4 Reloaded release date
The Warzone Season 4 Reloaded release date is Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/5 PM BST on PS5, PS4, Xbox and PC, as confirmed by Activision.
This places the update at the midpoint between Season 4 and the Warzone Season 5 release date, which is where the community expected it to be as a mid-season update.
This gives us something to look forward to ahead of the next season to keep things fresh, especially when new modes and weapons are introduced.

Thanks to the Season 4 Reloaded blog, we know all the details of the Season 4 Reloaded roadmap, and it certainly looks exciting.
Clearly, Reloaded will be doubling down on the Warzone Vondel map thrills with a traditional battle royale experience and a new Gulag to get to grips with. But that’s not all, the Occupation Scan Public Event returns alongside the Signals Intelligence Contract. These will give you not only new locations to wage war in but also new missions to complete and rewards to earn.
Pairing nicely with this, Warzone Season 4 Reloaded also adds Rotating Resurgence Playlists. After a certain amount of in-game time, the Rotating Resurgence Playlists will change from Vondel to Ashika Island and back. This should hopefully keep the map pool fresh and let you go on globe-trotting win streaks like never before.
Perhaps most importantly, Season 4 Reloaded also brings with it the MX Guardian, further amping up the action from the initial Warzone Season 4 guns that were available at launch. This fully-automatic 12-guage shotgun should be able to output massive damage, providing your in range. However, being able to fire in burst-fire and semi-auto, along with Slug round, there’s a play for the MX Guardian at longer ranges than you might expect. We’re certainly looking forward to giving this weapon a spin, especially with the unique mid-range potential it offers for a shotgun.
It’s possible this could knock the best Warzone KV Broadside loadout down a peg with a brand new contender, though we’ll have to wait and see.
On the cosmetic side of things, Season 4 Reloaded sees the arrival of the Warzone x The Boys crossover. If you’re a fan of the brutal superhero (if you can call them that) show, then this is definitely something to be on the look out for. Alongside these operator bundles, you can earn two Diabolical weapon camos for completing Diabolical camo challenges. During The Boys crossover event, players are also able to use a ‘Temp V’ field upgrade to gain access to new effects.
