You can no longer get or use the OTs 9 in Warzone because this version of the game was shut down. However, this guide will be updated and will be useful if the OTs 9 returns.
The OTs 9 entered a crowded market in Call of Duty: Warzone. There were several SMGs just like it that became staple picks in players’ best Warzone loadouts – the MP5, the MAC-10, and the LC10, to name but a few. But after a couple of balancing changes, the best OTs 9 Warzone loadout rose to the top.
That’s because this SMG, which held a steady spot in the Warzone meta, had an incredibly short time-to-kill. In close-quarters fights, the OTs 9 was undeniably one of the best SMGs in the game at the time.
However, with the removal of Black Ops Cold War’s integration with Warzone, its arsenal and all of its content were removed from the battle royale mode. That means that you can’t currently get the OTs 9 in Warzone anymore – though there’s always a chance fan-favorite guns will return.
OTs 9 Warzone loadout
The best Warzone OTs 9 build was:
- GRU Suppressor
- 8.1” Task Force
- Spetsnaz Grip
- Spetsnaz 40 Rnd Mag
- Serpent Wrap
This was the best OTs 9 setup, hands down. This combination of attachments resulted in nice buffs to your movement speed, as well as necessary improvements to damage range.
With its tiny magazine size, the Spetsnaz 40-Round Mag was a must. Unless you were playing Solos, this gun struggled to be viable without 40 bullets in the mag and a quick reload time.
After the Black Ops Cold War Season 5 iron sights fix, there was really no need to run an optic anymore for an aggressive close-range OTs 9 loadout. This meant that you could spend an attachment elsewhere.
This build offered you lots of movement speed, fast ADS times, and a quick time to kill that could well rival your MAC-10 Warzone loadout.

OTS 9 Warzone loadout secondary
You could run this as a support option in a sniper class (a great sniper build can be found in our Swiss K31 Warzone loadout guide), although magazine size was still a concern.
The OTS 9 is best suited in a classic one AR, one SMG loadout. Partner this up with one of the top assault rifles and you had yourself a deadly class for Warzone.
OTs 9 Warzone loadout perks and equipment
To complete your OTs 9 Warzone loadout, you needed three great perks and two pieces of equipment.
For perks, Overkill and Amped were absolute musts, while either Double Time or Cold Blooded were both popular options for your Perk 1 slot.
For tactical equipment, you’d want to run a Heartbeat Sensor, but you could also have opted for Stun Grenades to help in close-range battles. Semtex or Thermite Grenades were your best picks for the lethal slot, as always.
So there you have it: the perfect OTs 9 Warzone loadout. No doubt it became your favorite SMG when it was dominating the battlefield.
