You can no longer get the Gallo SA12 in Warzone because this version of the game was shut down. However, this guide will be updated and will come in handy if the Gallo SA12 ever returns.
Shotguns are always a controversial topic of discussion when it comes to Call of Duty: Warzone. Some consider them low-skill and ‘nooby’, while others see them as legitimate weapons to use in close-range action. Whatever your opinion, there’s no denying that the Gallo SA12 was too good back in the Black Ops Cold War era of the battle royale.
As one of the best Warzone guns, the pump shotgun was the most well-rounded in its class, offering quick time-to-kill and good movement, while also not having any gimmicky drawbacks like the Streetsweeper’s insanely long reload speed. If you were looking for the best Warzone loadout back in the day, then this was certainly one of the top picks.
Unfortunately, with the discontinuation of support for Black Ops Cold War and its Warzone integration, you can no longer use the Gallo SA12. However, if it ever returns, as is sometimes the case with fan-favorite weapons, then this build guide will come in handy.
Best Gallo Warzone loadout
The best Warzone Gallo SA12 loadout was:
- Agency Choke
- 21.4” Reinforced Heavy
- Ember Sighting Point
- No Stock
- STANAG 12 Round
This was a max damage build that aimed for a reliable and blazingly quick TTK. In fact, it took just two or three shots to down a fully armored enemy, which took no time at all with its fast fire rate.
The STANAG 12-round mag also meant that if you hit your shots and weren’t firing at range, you could theoretically take down an entire team of four without reloading.
The only aspect of this build that you might have wanted to change was the stock attachment. If you liked aiming down sights with your shotgun, then swapping out the No Stock for the Marathon Stock gave you quicker ADS speed.
As this Gallo was only useful up to a range of about ten metres, you needed something that was going to deal with all of the longer-range battles you would inevitably end up in. Suitable all-rounder options were the best RAM-7 Warzone loadout and our best AK-47 Warzone loadout.
For perks, we recommended E.O.D. to deal with explosive damage, Overkill to run both your Gallo and a suitable assault rifle, and Amped for quicker weapon swapping speeds.
For tactical equipment, Heartbeat Sensor was always a very strong pick, although Stun Grenades were also beneficial for when you were clearing buildings out with your Gallo in hand. For your lethals, we recommended either Semtex or Thermite Grenades.
So, if blasting someone away while also being close enough to shake their hand was your kinda thing in Warzone, this Gallo SA12 loadout suited you to a tee. It’s only a shame that it’s no longer available in the current version of the game.
