Trek To Yomi Health Upgrade Locations
There are multiple health upgrades in Trek To Yomi spread throughout the seven levels in the game.

Chapter 1 health upgrade locations
There is one health upgrade in chapter 1 of Trek To Yomi:
Health Upgrade 1
The health upgrade in this chapter can be found in the middle of the level after you have left the centre of the village. Eventually, you will go down a hill and pass a woman crying by a shrine. Just before that shrine, next to the rubble on the left, you can find the health upgrade.
Chapter 2 health upgrade locations
There are two health upgrade locations in Trek To Yomi chapter 2:
Health Upgrade 2
Fairly late into the level, you will see a bridge ahead of you with some enemies. Before you cross the bridge to the other side of the outer village, you will see a closed gate to your left. Kick it down and then head to the dock at the end of this area to find the health upgrade location.
Health Upgrade 3
At the end of the level, you will fight some enemies on a bridge and then climb up a cliff. Before you turn to go across the second bridge, which leads to the boss area, you can find a cave in the rocks at the top of the staircase. In here, you can find a shrine and the health upgrade.
Chapter 3 Health Upgrade locations
There are two health upgrade in Trek To Yomi chapter 3:
Health Upgrade 4
When you enter the large building at the beginning of the level, you will see a room that is burning slightly. On the right side of the room, you can see a ladder. Climb up the ladder and walk all the way back to where you entered along the ramparts. Here, you can find the health upgrade on a barrel.
Health Upgrade 5
This health upgrade can be found after you climb through the window of the upper floor of a building in the middle of the level. Once back on ground level, head to the right of the screen to find the health upgrade by the wall and fence of a building.
Chapter 4 Health Upgrade Locations
There are two health upgrades in Trek To Yomi chapter 4:
Health Upgrade 6
The fourth health upgrade can be found on a box by the large fire along the coast.
Health Upgrade 7
The next health upgrade can be found inside a small house. Jump down off the upper level and take the ladder down to the decking. The health upgrade is down here.
Chapter 5 health upgrade locations
There are two health upgrades in chapter 5 of Trek To Yomi:
Health Upgrade 8
Fairly far into the level, you will cross a broken platform using a tree branch and then slide down to a sandy plain. Once you reach the first shrine on this sandy plain with broken pillars, walk upwards to find the health upgrade on a box.
Health Upgrade 9
A little bit further on you will walk up a hill, before climbing up a small ledge to a large group of buildings. From there, you will find a shrine. Before climbing up the next set of stairs, walk through a gap under the upper platform, to find the health upgrade in the following room.
Chapter 6 health upgrade locations
There is one health upgrade in chapter 6 of Trek To Yomi:
Health Upgrade 10
Fairly late into the level, you will walk across a number of islands connected by rickety wooden bridges. Eventually, you will reach a small island with a tree and a shrine. Sitting on the steps of this shrine is the health upgrade.
Chapter 7 Health Upgrade locations
There is one health upgrade location in chapter 7 of Trek To Yomi:
Health Upgrade 11
Fairly late into the level, you will head into a house and the floor beneath you will collapse. In the cellar of the building, head to the room on the right (ignore the ladder) to find a set of boxes you can push. Push them to free the people and reveal a health upgrade behind where one was sitting.
