What are all the quest types in Tears of the Kingdom?

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom has four different types of quests:

  • Main quests
  • Shrine quests
  • Side Adventures
  • Side quests

These quests each offer different opportunities and gameplay experiences. Main quests focus on the story and can be seen above, while Shrine Quests are unmarked and will require you to hunt them down, as with Side Adventures. Side Quests are shorter tasks that only require a few minutes of your time.

Thankfully, nothing in the game is missable as you can wrap up what you haven’t finished after you have beaten the main story of what is one of the best Switch RPGs.
