The Crew Motorfest has crossplay but this is only in Grand Race and Demolition Royale. But, you cannot race with friends or create crews with friends from other platforms, only those players in your same platform family. The game also has cross-progression across all platforms thanks to it using your Ubisoft account.
This is definitely disappointing as almost all Ubisoft games have crossplay today. So, the fact you can’t play with your friends easily is frustrating. We could see full crossplay added down the line and given the amount of support The Crew 2 got, we’d be surprised if this game didn’t get crossplay.
