If you do happen to give a gift to the wrong person, you will get a cookie-cutter response, rather than them discussing their love or (in some cases) distaste for the gift you have given them. From there, simply close the game right away without saving and you will load back in with the gift in your inventory.

By giving Dhalsim in the Dhalsimer Temple, the Instant Curry you can rank him up a little faster.
