To get the worker jacket in Stray you will need to grab the cassette tape by destroying the security cameras in the residency. From there, you can take the tape to the clothing store in Midtown and put it in the cassette player. Then, steal the jacket which is on a mannequin.

Stray how to get the worker hat
To get the Worker Hat, head into the bar next to where the robot is sleeping on the couch. In the back, you will find a robot sleeping. Jump up to the shelf and knock the crate onto his head. From there, go back to the hologram in the center of the town and jump in the box just next to the hat shop.
The robot will follow you there and pause to let you get in if you can’t see it initially. That robot will then carry you into the hat shop, allowing you to steal it from the window display.
Now you can proceed with the main objective and infiltrate the facility!
