Thanks to it unlocking Insurance Fraud, you are going to probably be keen to place it in Santo Ileso sooner rather than later. Saints Row Shady Oaks missions and location
The Shady Oaks venture in Saints Row can be placed right from the moment you unlock the empire table, it doesn’t matter where on the map. If it is your first venture it will be free, otherwise, it will cost $30,000 to build in Santo Ileso.
Shady Oaks’ missions are all Insurance Fraud-focused and relatively simple, providing you are good at causing mayhem and havoc in the activity. There are six mandatory ones and a bonus mission.
- Commit fraud in Lakeshore
- Commit fraud in Marina del Lago
- Commit fraud in Old Town West
- Commit fraud in El Dorado
- Commit fraud in Provedincia
- Commit fraud in East Flats
- Bonus: Eliminate the five threats in the district
Some Insurance Fraud activities don’t require much injury damage, but others can require 3 million or even 4 million. To succeed on those higher missions, you need to rack up car combos by landing on them and causing them to explode.
The rewards for completing each of these stages are as follows:
- Commit fraud in Lakeshore – cash, XP
- Commit fraud in Marina del Lago – cash, XP
- Commit fraud in Old Town West – cash, XP
- Commit fraud in El Dorado – cash, XP
- Commit fraud in Providencia – cash, XP
- Commit fraud in East Flats – cash, XP
- Bonus: Eliminate the five threats in the district – venture income increase, XP
Once all of these activities are complete, you can head back to Tamira and you will unlock the ability to call her at any time and commit Insurance Fraud for five minutes, anywhere on the map. In addition, you will also get the Shady Oaks Crew Outfits, the Roadkill Responder vehicle, the Scrubs, Shady Oaks and Lab Coat, Shady Oaks outfit, the Crutch weapon decal, Guitar Case Launcher weapon visual mod, new weapon and vehicle patterns, XP, money, and the Shady Oaks sign collectible location.
