The Honkai Star Rail Astral Express Global Tour is on its way, with pop-ups celebrating the launch of developer HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG set to appear in major cities worldwide. The tour has already started in Berlin and Tokyo, with some events cropping up towards the end of April, lasting into May.
As announced by HoYo, from Rio de Janeiro to Seoul, each city on the Honkai Star Rail Astral Express timetable will host some form of fan experience – including parades and other offline events – granting players the opportunity to hoover up “exquisite merch”. You can check out the full timetable here.
In Paris, for example, snapping a selfie and checking in at the event will earn visitors “a special Astral Express ticket worth 50 Stellar Jades.” Meanwhile, New Yorkers can pick up the Astral Express ticket and a postcard. What’s more, the first 300 attendees to post their attendance on Twitter each day will also score “an official physical badge and an instant photo.”
The Honkai Star Rail Astral Express Global Tour isn’t the only way HoYo is celebrating the game’s launch. There’s also an online Honkai Star Rail countdown event currently taking place, which is turning Twitter users into different Honkai Star Rail characters each day.
