Forspoken had been billed as a big JRPG you could spend dozens of hours in. But, while the world is big, the actual story of the game won’t have you spending dozens of hours in Athia. In fact, you will likely end up with about ten hours in the mystical land if you focus on the main missions. But, what are all the Forspoken chapters and how long is each one?
Below, we will highlight the length of them and how they differ, so you know how much of a time commitment you will need to put into each section of the story of Forspoken. During these chapters, you will fight a number of bosses and also meet the various Forspoken characters, both good and evil.
Forspoken chapters
The Forspoken chapter list consists of 12 chapters and is as follows:
- Chapter 1 – Attachments (20-35 minutes)
- Chapter 2 – Stuck (25-40 minutes)
- Chapter 3 – The Interloper (55-75 minutes)
- Chapter 4 – What Must Be Done (40-65 minutes)
- Chapter 5 – Might and Main (25-40 minutes)
- Chapter 6 – Damned If You Do… (20-35 minutes)
- Chapter 7 – The Hue Of Blue (50-80 minutes)
- Chapter 8 – The Truth Will Out (20-40 minutes)
- Chapter 9 – Breaking Point (10-20 minutes)
- Chapter 10 – None The Wiser (35-50 minutes)
- Chapter 11 – Forspoken (90-120 minutes)
- Chapter 12 – Awakening (35-55 minutes)
As you can see the chapter times vary wildly with some lasting just a few minutes while others are much longer, up to two hours. These times are based on if you main-lined the story without taking on any side content so you will likely spend far longer getting through the whole game. You are going to want to as well as to upgrade your gear and enhance the Forspoken spells in your arsenal.
Either way, that about covers what you need to know to dive into the game with the Forspoken chapters list. For more on the game, our Forspoken length and how long to beat guide will touch on how long you will spend overall in the game for a completionist run, as well as if you were focusing on the story using the chapters mentioned here.
