You can no longer get the POTM Salah card in FIFA 22 because the limited-time SBC challenge has now expired.
Our second Premier League Player of the Month SBC dropped in FIFA 22 in November 2021, and it was none other than Liverpool’s Egyptian magician Mo Salah. Cristiano Ronaldo set the bar high for the first POTM SBC – as did his record-breaking SBC requirements that needed 26 separate squads – but a 92-rated Salah card was certainly just as exciting.
Boasting shooting, pace, and dribbling stats all over 90, this Salah POTM card was devastating. However, unlike the Ronaldo card we saw the month before, the requirements were nowhere near as difficult or expensive. It wasn’t what we’d call a bargain, but at least you had some chance of completing it, unlike the CR7 set.
Sadly for you, the FIFA 22 POTM Salah SBC is no longer available in-game, so you can’t complete this challenge and unlock the card yourself. However, it is still fun to take a look back at some of the challenges EA threw our way.

FIFA 22 POTM Salah SBC solutions
Here are some of the tips and advice that we used to complete the FIFA 22 POTM Salah SBC set.
The first bit of advice was to consult our FIFA 22 cheapest players guide. This shows you which high-rated players were the most affordable to pick up from the Transfer Market at the time to help you complete the bulk of these SBCs.
In this POTM Salah SBC set, there were a few challenges that required Team of the Week players. The following were some of the cheapest high-rated TOTW cards you could pick up for each rating –
- 84: Several options under 13,000 coins, including Emile Smith-Rowe, Declan Rice, Giovanni Simeone, Maximilian Arnold, and more.
- 85: A handful of TOTW players for around 16,000 coins – Dzeko, Kjaer, Azpilicueta, Bastoni, Mount, and Kramaric.
- 86: For around 22,000 coins, 86-rated TOTW options include: Sommer, Gulacsi, Tadic, Aspas, Luis Alberto, and Acuna.
For the final challenge, Liverpool, you of course needed a player from Salah’s club. 83-rated Joel Matip was a great pick, generally going for less than 1,500 coins and didn’t put a dent in your overall team rating.
