Land’s Between Rune
The Land’s Between Rune can be consumed to acquire a sum of Runes, which can then be used on levelling up or to purchase gear from a Merchant.
Golden Seed
The Golden Seed is the strongest starting gift and keepsake. This can be used at a Site of Grace to boost the number of Flask charges you have to restore HP and FP.
Fanged Imp Ashes
The Fanged Imp Ashes are one of the Spirit Ashes in the game and the earliest one you can find in the game.
Cracked Pot
The Cracked Pot is one of the worst starting gifts and keepsakes in Elden Ring. It is used to craft throwing pots, such as those that deal Holy and Fire damage. However, you can find a lot of these in the world, so you shouldn’t waste your Keepsake on them.
Stonesword Key
Stonesword Keys are used to open Imp Gargoyle locks which are fog gated areas throughout the world that hold dungeons, loot, and some of the best weapons in Elden Ring.

Shibiri’s Woe will increase madness buildup on enemies. While powerful, chances are you won’t have a lot of madness-inflicting items or weapons at this point in the game, so you will want to select something else.
