Destiny 2 Strand Meditations are Bungie’s way of asking you to earn and upgrade Strand as you learn to master it. You will need to do a variety of Destiny 2 Neomuna activities to really master Strand and get the most from the grenades, Aspects, and Fragments that are available for all the Destiny 2 Strand Subclasses.
Best Destiny 2 Strand Meditation farm
The best Destiny 2 Strand Meditation farm is the Terminal Overload public event while doing Patrols using a Strand subclass.
The Stage 3 Terminal Overload public event will award you with a sizeable 75 Strand Meditations. But, the beauty of this is you can combine it by earning Strand Meditations for completing patrols, opening chests, defeating high-value targets, and killing enemies with your Strand Subclass.
In addition, as you finish patrols and complete Terminal Overload you will rank up Nimbus’ reputation. This will reward you with an additional 200 Strand Meditations. This will give you one of the Destiny 2 Strand Fragments for free.
While you are using this farm, Strand kills will give you 1 Strand Meditation, Patrols will provide you with around half a dozen, high-value targets will give you another half a dozen, while Heroic Public events can give you around two dozen or more. In addition, if you still have some of the quests to do, you will want to finish them up as you can get Strand Meditations.
Finally, the Legendary campaign is a good extra source as completing it will give you a bunch of Strand Meditations amongst the other Destiny 2 Lightfall legendary campaign rewards.
