The best Sykov Warzone loadout

Who doesn't want a fully automatic, silenced, 80-round, akimbo pistol? Check out the best Warzone Sykov loadout to dominate with this powerful pistol.

A player reloading the Sykov pistol in Warzone

You can no longer use the Sykov pistol in Warzone because this version of the game was shut down. However, this guide will be updated and will come in handy if the Sykov ever returns.

It isn’t very often you find Call of Duty: Warzone players clamouring to level up and use a secondary weapon, but the addition of the Sykov pistol back in 2021 changed that.

With the Sykov unlocked in Warzone through a relatively simple challenge, this pistol spread like wildfire. Why was it so special, you ask? The Sykov could not only be made fully automatic, but it could also have an 80-round magazine attached to it and be equipped as an akimbo weapon. That was a pretty lethal combination that we’ve been missing out on ever since it was removed when Modern Warfare (2019) was no longer the latest entry in one of the best FPS games series.

Best Sykov Warzone loadout

The best Warzone Sykov loadout was:

  • Monolithic Suppressor
  • Sorokin 140mm Auto Barrel
  • 5mW Laser
  • 80 Round Drums
  • Akimbo

This Sykov build combined all of the pistol’s strengths into one god-like sidearm. Not only did it melt enemies in no time at all, but it was silenced thanks to the Monolithic Suppressor and its huge mag meant you could shred at least three players without reloading.

For any engagement past around 10 metres or so, the akimbo Sykovs became pretty useless, however. So, we recommended pairing this with a mid to long-range assault rifle or tactical rifle as a primary weapon. For some inspiration, check out our best M16 Warzone loadout and our best AMAX Warzone loadout that was raging through the battle royale game at the time.

Since it was a sidearm, you could also benefit from the fact that you wouldn’t need the Overkill perk. Also, as our usual perk three pick of Amped only affects weapon switching between primary weapons, that became pretty redundant here too. As such, we actually recommended trying a perk lineup of Double Time, Ghost, and Shrapnel (or Tracker, if you’re into that kind of thing…) You had much greater freedom when it came to picking your perks in a loadout like this.

For equipment, Heartbeat Sensor and C4s were the play here. With Shrapnel on, C4s would delay enemy health regen too, so if you landed a hit with an explosive you could push aggressively with your new akimbo best friend.

So there you have it, the best Warzone Sykov loadout that we used back in the Modern Warfare era of the battle royale to tear up the competition. Unfortunately, with the Sykov no longer available in-game, we’ve been missing it and early awaiting its potential return – especially considering how much it tore up the competition at the time.
