Interior Night’s stylized interactive story game, As Dusk Falls, has finally landed on PS4 and PS5. For the first time, PlayStation players have been able to experience the award-winning former Xbox exclusive. If you’re still on the fence about picking it up for yourself, don’t worry, because an hour-long As Dusk Falls PS Plus trial is now available for Premium subscribers.
The new PS5 game’s main story clocks in at roughly seven hours of playtime (as per HowLongToBeat), which means you’ll be able to experience more than enough of it during the trial to decide whether you want to reach its various, thrilling conclusions. You don’t have to make the decision alone, either, as the co-op game will let up to eight players have their say on what happens to its protagonists.
Of course, the last thing you want is to get an hour into a playthrough and have to give it up when transferring to the main game. Fortunately, that eventuality has been planned for, too. The As Dusk Falls Twitter account notes that your trial save will carry over to the full game, ensuring all of your good (or terrible) decisions follow (haunt) you.
One of 2022’s best games – at least as far as we’re concerned – As Dusk Falls went down a treat on the site when it originally arrived as an Xbox exclusive.
