Games Workshop are gearing up to host the sixth Warhammer Skulls Showcase next week and fans of the franchise’s video games are in for a treat as Warhammer 40K Darktide news, the exciting new shooter from Fatshark, is going to be front-and-centre alongside announcements on Space Marine 2 and updates on future content coming to Total War Warhammer III, Battlesector, Vermintide 2, and more. It’s going to be a little bit like E3 for Warhammer-based video games – we can’t wait to find out what’s coming.

Following the success of last year’s Skulls Showcase, Clive Standen (the actor behind Space Marine 2’s Titus) will be leading a Twitch stream showcase that’s going to reveal brand new trailers and sneak peeks for upcoming games – alongside a few world premieres too. Following on from the Warhammer 40K Darktide news that it’s going to have a campaign like Destiny 2, we can’t wait to learn more.

The stream itself is scheduled to start at 10:00 PST / 13:00 EST / 18:00 BST on June 1 and will be simultaneously streamed on the Warhammer Twitch channel and the official Bilibili Warhammer channel – if you’re in China.

If you’re on the fence about Darktide, you’ll be pleased to know that this game is going to be available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass at launch – the Warhammer 40K Darktide release date is rumoured to be September 2022, something we should have clarified next week.

Following the Skulls Showcase stream, Warhammer fans can enjoy huge discounts on some of the best Warhammer games out there – on digital storefronts like Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, and more. Wargaming has also just revealed a Warhammer 40K-inspired battle pass season is coming to World of Tanks – so, we could see a few more collaborations announced alongside any Warhammer 40K Darktide news.

That might be all we know so far, but there’s plenty to do in the time between now and the Skulls Showcase. If you’re looking for something to play, we have a list of the best PS5 games here and a selection of the best Xbox Series X games for you right here.
