You can read The Loadout on the Steam News Hub

Check out the changes to Steam News Hub

October 14, 2020 You can follow us on the Steam News Hub now!

Good news! The Steam News Hub is getting another upgrade, and now you can add your favourite gaming news sites to your personal hub – including The Loadout.

In the latest update, stories from gaming and technology outlets from around the world can now be added to the Steam News Hub, alongside the usual developer updates and announcements you currently receive. You can pick and choose exactly which sites’ stories appear in your News Hub from a list of approved News Channels. The list of outlets covers seven different languages which will bring you everything from breaking and developing stories to guides and features.

You can add as many sites as you like, and if you fancy a little splash of lime green when you boot up your News Hub, we’d be thrilled to be included in your personal list of sources – you can find our hub here. If orange is more your tone, then our sister site PCGamesN is also a part of Steam News Hub.

The smart new feed will showcase everything from snippets of stories to entire articles, as well as images and video for your viewing pleasure.

There will also be features for discovering new outlets based on the games you love.

So if you’re a Steam user and you like what you’ve read so far about The International 10’s massive prize pool or YouTubers stitching up CS:GO hackers, then feel free to pop us a follow on your Steam News Hub list. We’ll see you there!
