To solve the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Alignment Control Centre puzzle, you need to find and complete all seven of the Jedi Chambers on Koboh. Completing all these will allow you to interact with the terminal near the computers and get a map upgrade.
The Jedi Chambers are all on Koboh, but you must make your way through the Star Wars Jedi Survivor chapters to get some of the late-game Force powers to reach all of them and complete them all.
