Paldea is the name of the new region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, offering one of the most open landscapes to explore in a Pokémon game and dozens of new Pokémon to catch – including some new regional Paldean forms. In this guide, we will take you through the Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet Paldean forms.
Regional forms are nothing new, and we’ve had Alolan, Galarian, and Hisuian forms of existing Pokémon in the previous three games. Paldean forms will continue this trend, giving fresh designs to some fan-favourite or forgotten-about Pokémon. Alongside some of the completely original new Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, these Paldean forms will be some of the most desirable for players.

Below you can find all the Pokémon Scarlet Paldean forms and Pokémon Violet Paldean forms:
Paldean Wooper
Paldean Wooper coats its body in a poisonous film and appears to live in the muddier, swampier areas of Paldea. It is a Poison/Ground-type, whereas its original form in Generation 2 is a Water/Ground-type.
So far, Paldean Wooper is the only confirmed Paldean form in Scarlet and Violet. There are a few Pokémon that have been announced that players have assumed are Paldean forms, but are in fact completely new species of Pokémon, such as Wiglett – a Diglett-inspired sandworm.
And that is all we know right now about the Pokémon Scarlet and the Pokémon Violet Paldean forms. Once we see the full Pokémon Scarlet Paldea Pokédex and Pokémon Violet Paldea Pokédex, we’ll be sure to update this list with all the new regional forms.
