Smooth Moves is our Signature Perk choice as Harley is all about using her tools and attacks to place traps and corner opponents and this perk really provides a nice bonus to that playstyle.

While it doesn’t make you overpowered it is a significant boost to your team’s mobility and ability to evade attacks that can throw some teams off balance and allow you to capitalise on the openings they leave for you.
