Can you play Honkai Star Rail on Steam Deck?
Honkai Star Rail is available on Steam Deck, but not without some major workarounds. Due to the anti-cheat that HoYo uses for its games, it can’t be played on a Linux system, including the Steam Deck. However, if you’re desperate enough, you can put Windows onto the Steam Deck, allowing you to dual boot.
For that, we recommend checking out the video below from ‘Deck Wizard’ on how to do this. But for many people, Honkai Star Rail isn’t playable on the Steam Deck. The game isn’t on the Steam storefront, so it isn’t marked as Steam Deck Verified officially by Valve.
