Basic Cast Mastery
Part of the Core talents category and likely the most essential talent in the game, this allows you to increase the spell cooldown of your spells when using Basic Cast.
Spell Knowledge 1,2,3
Another major set of talents in the Core tree, this allows you to have an additional three sets of Spells to switch to on the fly.
Wiggenweld Potency, Mastery
If you’re struggling to survive, the Wiggenweld Potency and Mastery talents in the Core tree will increase the effectiveness of Wiggenweld Potions.
Stupefy Expertise
The final Core talent on our list, Stupefy Expertise will deal direct damage to enemies when you cast this spell at them.
Diffindo Mastery
Our first talent in the Spells category of talents, Diffindo Mastery will allow Diffindo casts to slice through enemies, dealing damage to enemies behind your target.
Incendio Mastery
Incendo is fairly short-ranged and hard to hit targets with, so the Incendio Mastery talent in the Spells tree will help alleviate that problem, by having a ring of fire cast around you when you use Incendio.
Confringo Mastery
This talent in the Spells category will make Congringo even more damaging, as it will send out bolts that seek out enemies whenever you hit a target with the spell.
Descendo Mastery
For those of you who love to perform combos on enemies in the air, our final talent from the Spells tree will allow you to deal a shockwave when an enemy lands from Descendo.
Human Demiguise
One of the four talents in the Stealth tree, Human Demiguise will allow you to sprint whenever using Disillusionment.
Sense of Secrecy 1
Our final talent in the Stealth category, Sense of Secrecy will make it more difficult for enemies to detect you when you’re invisible.
Disarming Curse
The first talent we recommend in the Dark Arts tree, this talent will curse enemies that you cast Expelliarmus on.
Blood Curse
Any enemy that you damage who is cursed, will deal damage to all cursed enemies, with this Dark Arts talent.
Stunning Curse
With this Dark Arts talent, any time you cast Stupefy on an enemy that attacks you will curse them.
Curse Sapper
Our final Dark Arts talent, Curse Sapper, will restore some of your health whenever you defeat a cursed enemy.
Headache
Our final talent in our list, Headache is a Room of Requirement talent that will increase the effect and damage of any Mandrake you use.

Hogwarts Legacy has drawn considerable criticism during its development, largely due to the fact that the creator of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling, has made a number of transphobic remarks on social media in recent years.
While Avalanche has confirmed that J.K. Rowling is not “directly involved” in the development of Hogwarts Legacy, it is working with “her team” and Portkey Games, a Warner Bros. label dedicated to launching new experiences inspired by J.K. Rowling’s original stories. It is currently unclear whether she will earn any royalties from the game’s sale, but it is likely given it is based on her original body of work.
