Forza Horizon 5‘s Player Houses are important locations to gain access to as they provide you with a Garage for your car collection, the Forza Vista mode which allows you to view your vehicles with Ray Tracing enabled, and more. But, they don’t come cheap, with some costing millions of credits to own, and it isn’t always clear how you can start unlocking them.
Well, as you cruise around Mexico and complete the Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Adventure career mode, you will slowly unlock all seven of the Player Houses in the game. Having all seven will allow you to travel around the vast map much more easily, jumping from location to location via fast travel. Owning all seven homes will also unlock the Mogul achievement.

Here’s a full rundown of all seven Forza Horizon 5 Player House locations, as well as how many credits they’ll cost you to purchase.
Casa Bella Player House Location
Casa Bella is the first Player House you get access to during the intro of Forza Horizon 5 and can be found in the south-west of Mexico.
As it is the reward for finishing the intro, it is free to own.
Lugar Tranquilo Player House
The Lugar Tranquillo Player House can be found on the east coast of Mexico, along the shoreline of Playa Azul.
This house costs 700,000 credits to own. Lugar Tranquillo rewards you with a Horizon Promo, a Super Wheelspin, and the “Take A Picture!” Forza Link line.
La Casa Solariega Player House
The La Casa Solariega Player House is a glorious, white-walled manor, and can be found near the Teotihuacán pyramid complex, east of Cordillera.
This one will cost you 1,500,000 credits to obtain. Once purchased, you will get access to double #Forzathon points, five Super Wheelspins, and the Green Crown player cosmetic.
Buena Esperanza Player House
The charming Buena Esperanza Player House can be found in the south-east of Mexico, just outside of Gran Pantano within the rainforest.
This Player House costs 700,000 credits and will reward you with a Super Wheelspin, a Chicken Suit cosmetic, and a #185 Porsche 959 once owned.
La CabaÑa Player House
The La Cabaña Player House can be found in the north-west of Mexico, along the coast right by BahÍa de Plano.
This house costs just 150,000 credits to own. Once you do own it, you will be given a Super Wheelspin and a new Barn Find rumour, which will help you on your way to collecting all the Forza Horizon 5 Barn Finds.
Buenas Vistas Player House
The Buenas Vistas Player House can be found on the west coast of Mexico overlooking the beach leading to the arch of Cabo San Lucas.
This house costs 2,000,000 credits to own and will reward you with two Wheelspins and the ability to fast travel to any road on the map.
Hotel Castillo Player House
The Hotel Castillo Player House can be found in the north of the map overlooking Guanajuato.
The house costs a whopping 5,000,000 credits to own, but will give you two Super Wheelspins and a Daily Wheelspin every day you log-in to the game.
