It seems like that Fortnite Fall Guys crossover which has been rumoured for a while might be getting closer, as a couple of new URLs related to Mediatonic’s game that redirected back to the Fortnite website have been updated.
Spotted by Fortnite Leaker, ‘iFireMonkey‘, the two relatively new URLs are ‘Epic Fallguys Extension’ and ‘Epik Fallguyz Ektenzion’. Both have now been updated, describing a Fall Guys X Fornite trials competition. This comes as Fall Guys has been winding down Season 6 ahead of a delayed Season 7 and speculation that the game may go free to play.
Alongside the lack of new announcements about the party game, the Fall Guys Xbox release date is still sitting in limbo, so Mediatonic may be building up to a number of big reveals in the coming weeks or during Summer Games Fest in June.
The rumours about a Fortnite and Fall Guys crossover began more than a year ago. With both, Fortnite and Fall Guys making their way into our best battle royales list, the collaboration between these two games should be worth paying attention to. This is especially true now that Epic Games publish Fall Guys after acquiring Mediatonic in 2021.
