Diablo 4 is not on Game Pass, as confirmed by Blizzard’s Diablo general manager, Rod Fergusson. On Twitter, he said that there are “no plans” to bring the game to the service for Xbox or PC.
He stated that there are currently ‘no plans’ for Diablo 4 on Game Pass. With that said, it’s possible that the game could come to Game Pass in the future if plans change.

A statement by Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer in 2022 has only added more confusion into the mix. “We intend to make Activision Blizzard’s much-loved library of games – including Overwatch, Diablo and Call of Duty – available in Game Pass and to grow those gaming communities”, expressed Spencer. While Diablo 4 is not currently on Game Pass, it’s possible that it could arrive on the service in the future.
