Destiny 2 creator gets Exotic with League of Legends concept gear

One creative Redditor has turned gear from League of Legends into amazing Destiny 2 Exotic concepts, and we reckon developer Bungie should take notes

Destiny 2 League of Legends Exotics: a Guardian wearing a Teemo hat

Destiny 2 is a unique, sci-fi-driven blend of FPS and MMORPG elements. But what if developer Bungie added a tinge of MOBA to it? Well, one imaginative Redditor has taken inspiration from some of League of Legends’ most popular champions, and materialised it in the form of Exotic gear for your Guardian.

Taking to the social site to share their creations, ‘bip_bip_cabbage’ has not only made the pieces class and elemental damage-specific, but they all have their own unique perks, too.

For example, the ‘Hat of Phenomenal Evil’ – styled on League’s tiny evil Yordle sorcerer, Veigar – allows you to increase the “damage, size, and throw distance of your Nova Bomb” by racking up stacks of Phenomenal Evil, which is generated by Void ability kills.

Meanwhile, the ‘Shock & Awe’ akimbo hand cannons favoured by Bilgewater’s very own Miss Fortune have been gifted the champion’s passive abilities.

Naturally, as the poster notes, these mockups aren’t designed to be remotely balanced, but there are certainly some spicy gameplay elements that Bungie itself could look to incorporate into its own game – in its own unique Destiny-esque way, of course.

We personally reckon some of these concept pieces could make their way onto our best Destiny 2 PvE weapons and Destiny 2 best armor lists – if they were real, of course.
