A new party game challenger has entered the arena in the form of Activision’s new 4v4 multiplayer game Crash Team Rumble. And there’s a lot to be excited about considering Toys for Bob, the creative minds behind Crash 4: It’s About Time and Spyro Reignited Trilogy, are behind the wheel. This team-based competition asks players to collect iconic Wumpa fruit across hazardous maps while causing mayhem for their opponents. There’s one question on everyone’s lips, though Is Crash Team Rumble crossplay?
This year has some fierce competition, with many new games vying for the title of best PS5 games and best Xbox games in 2023, with the best crossplay games being in the front of many players’ minds when choosing what titles to invest in. Considering that competition, being able to play with all your friends regardless of the console would make this collision-heavy combat contest even more inviting.
Is Crash Team Rumble crossplay?
Crash Team Rumble offers full crossplay between PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, which Activision Blizzard confirmed in a FAQ for the game. While there is no PC release on the cards at this stage, it’s a boon for console players looking to get some online competition going amongst friends, regardless of console preferences.
