Despite the COD battle royale offering up plenty of operators to roam around as some of them just don’t quite get the job done. Well, prepare yourself for Warzone 2 Season 3, as new Call of Duty leaks indicate the arrival of some particularly thrilling COD operator skins. It’s time for Task Force 141 to get their proper dues.
If you’ve been too busy with Warzone 2 to jump into the Modern Warfare 2 campaign, then we recommend rectifying that immediately. Especially as Call of Duty community member ‘ModenasHD‘ teases the arrival of new Task Force 141 operators with the Warzone 2 Season 3 release date. “If you like campaign skins, there’s more to come this Season 3. Farah and Gaz too,” says the COD leaker. Accompanying this claim are two images of Farah and Gaz’s campaign outfits, appearing to signify their potential inclusion in the forthcoming Warzone 2 update.
Furthemore, the Warzone 2 leaker claims that “both of these skins for Ghost and Soap will be available in Season 3”, referring to their tactical gear outfits. Asked about the circumstances of their appearance in the Call of Duty battle royale game, ModenasHD explains that “Soap is in [the COD] Store, not sure about Ghost.” Previously Ghost has been available in the COD store via the Deep Water and the Bone Chiller Tracer bundles. Though, you’d need to unleash a considerable amount of COD points to nab them for your own keeping.
The outfits depicted by the leaker for Ghost and Soap can be seen in the later half of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 campaign, as Task Force 141 take matters of revenge into their own hands. Its a badass look for either of the operators, although it’d be great to see some throwbacks to their outfits in the original 2009 Modern Warfare 2.
But the reported drop of these fan favourite operators isn’t the only thing Warzone 2 Season 2 has up its sleeve. The latest footage of Warzone 2 teases a new element known as Blackcell and its already as mysterious as its name. There is also the Warzone 2 Ranked release date, a moment which is sure to add some spice to Ashika Island proceedings in the COD battle royale.
