These access cards work in a similar way to the dozens of Warzone 2 DMZ keys that you can find across the map with some having uses and others being persistent. Warzone 2 DMZ Building 21 card
A Warzone 2 DMZ Building 21 access card or key can be found in either the orange crates around the map or from supply drops. There is no guaranteed way to get one and they have a random chance to spawn from both of these methods.
To open the orange crates you will need a Stronghold key from a heavily armoured enemy or elsewhere on the map. Stronghold keycards have unlimited uses so you can use them wherever on the map and look for an orange crate. Denied Areas can also have orange chests. Then, you have a chance to find one in a supply drop as with other items and gear.
As revealed beforehand, Building 21 is not actually on Al Mazrah but you can select to enter Building 21 as you get read to deploy. In addition, as mentioned, there are a total of three different Building 21 access cards in the game currently, the DRC card, the Blue card, and the Red card. The DRC card is the most common form of the card.
That covers what you need to know about where to find the Warzone 2 DMZ Building 21 access card. If you are looking for more on Warzone 2, check out our guide on the best Warzone 2 weapons and guns to see what you should be using in Al Mazrah.
