When it comes to building the best loadout for the Lachmann-556 in Modern Warfare 2, you will want to pick attachments that focus on the long-range capabilities of the weapon. Our best Lachman-556 loadout in Modern Warfare 2 is:

As mentioned, the Lachmann-556 is a weapon built for long-range combat and not a run-and-gun AR. For your second base perk, you should be running E.O.D, which will stop you from flinching and getting damaged by lethal equipment and explosions being thrown in your direction from the position you are set up in. Next, you will want to use the Fast Hands bonus perk as the reload speed for the Lachmann-556 is relatively slow.
Lastly, you will want to run Bird’s Eye as your final perk. This will open up your minimap and allow you to see more of the map, rather than the more condensed view you get by default. This allows you to better survey your flank and keep an eye on more areas of the map.
For tactical grenades, make sure to run the stun grenade to catch enemies off guard if they jump-shot you around a corner. Then, as your lethal choice, you will want the proximity mine to keep an eye on your rear and stop you from being snuck up upon.
