Overkill

Scavenger
Scavenger is a base perk you really should be used as it allows you to consistently refill your ammo and throwing knives by running over dead bodies.

Fast Hands

Focus
Focus is one of the strongest ultimate perks in Call of Duty and it has moved in and out of the meta over the years. But, here it is incredibly valuable especially as the flinch in Modern Warfare 2 is quite strong.

Ghost
Ghost is similar to Cold Blooded but takes invisibility to another level. Ghost makes you undetectable by UAVs, Portable Radars, and Heartbeat Sensors.
