It’s time to prepare for the Apex Games once again when the Apex Legends Season 16 release date rolls around, alongside a new Legend, and other changes

Apex Legends Season 16 Release Date: Catalyst sliding on a zipline

Each season of Apex Legends brings some exciting new content, and we’ll see the same thing again when the Apex Legends Season 16 release date arrives. While Season 15, also known as Eclipse, is underway right now, you’ll likely be looking forward to the upcoming season, especially if you’ve completed the latest Battle Pass.

When Season 16 does release, we’ll have to see where the latest Legend fits in our Apex Legends Legend tier list. And before you go look onwards to the next season, you should also try and rise up through Apex Legends ranks. However, if you’re simply waiting for the future of one of the best battle royale games, we have all of the details below.

Apex Legends Season 16 release date

Respawn hasn’t yet confirmed when the new season will start, but we can expect the Apex Legends Season 16 release date to be February 14, 2023. This date is based on the current Battle Pass for Apex Legends, which had 105 days in total when it began on November 1, 2022.

While things may change, like a sudden extension or update during Season 15, we imagine it will stay on-course for the Valentine’s Day launch. This is because Season 15 is the second longest Apex Legends season, with Season 3 being the longest at 126 days. Unfortunately, there aren’t many details surrounding Apex Legends Season 16. We’re not clear on the new Legends to join the roster, as well as any other major shifts in the content. If previous seasons are anything to go by, we can expect some great content to arrive.

Before you jump back into another round of the game, why not check out our Apex Legends weapons tier list so you know what guns to pick up. Also, it is a good idea to keep an eye on the Apex Legends patch notes to be aware of any updates that may arrive.
