Xbox Game Pass makes EA Play titles available on PC tomorrow

PC players have been patiently waiting since November, but now the day has come

One of the biggest benefits of getting an Xbox Game Pass subscription is the collection of EA titles on offer thanks to EA Play being included. However, this is a privilege only console gamers have had access to, and PC Game Pass owners haven’t been able to jump into EA titles.

That’s about to change though, with Microsoft announcing today that all games included in EA Play will be made available to PC players through their Game Pass subscription from tomorrow, March 18. That means everything from Madden NFL 21 to The Sims 4 can now be played on PC through Game Pass. This is also the same day that EA’s Star Wars: Squadrons is added to EA Play, so it will be there for both console and PC players to enjoy.

In all, opening up EA Play for PC Game Pass members will increase their catalogue of games by over 60. As well as the games, exclusive EA Play monthly rewards can now be redeemed by PC players, which this month include an EA Play Celebration Pack for Madden 21 and a N7 weapon charm for Apex Legends.

If you are an Xbox Game Pass PC player, you’ll need to download the EA Play desktop app and connect your Xbox account to gain access to the games and rewards.

With modern belters like Battlefield V and Star Wars: Squadrons in the lineup, as well as classics like Skate 3 and Mirror’s Edge, it’s safe to say our list of the best Xbox Game Pass games has just swelled for PC players.
