Will Arnett is best known for his work in Arrested Development, while you have probably seen Wanda Sykes on TV in shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm, but she also wrote The Chris Rock Show. Andy Samberg is your friendly cop from Brooklyn Nine-Nine and movies like Palm Springs.
And leading the main four cast members you have Ashly Burch, who has voiced Tina all the way back to when she made her first appearance in Borderlands 2.
