After months of waiting for another test, a new The First Descendant beta is finally coming. If you’ve been waiting to try out the upcoming looter shooter, now’s the perfect time, but only if you’re able to get access.

When is The First Descendant beta?
The next The First Descendant beta is starting on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, and concludes on Monday, September 25, 2023, giving you almost a week of access to play the game on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
The beta starts at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 8 AM BST and ends at the same times, so prepare for a late-night start if you’re looking to be one of the first to play the upcoming beta. Fortunately, you still have plenty of time during the week to experience the game.
This beta is aimed to not only test the game for the first time on PlayStation and Xbox, but will also be the first time for players to test out The First Descendant crossplay and help make sure it works ahead of launch.
How to get The First Descendant beta code
You can register for the upcoming beta on The First Descendant website. Here, you can choose between Steam (PC), PlayStation, or Xbox. It is open to all of those who sign up via the site.
Those who played the first beta of the game in late 2022 via Steam have access to this beta without needing to sign up again. So, if you’ve played the game already, you can just prepare to take part on September 19.
